We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our hair is 100% raw human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our Raw Hair comes in a straight wavy, or curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2.

For our Raw Hair Collection all sales are final. For our Virgin hair and wigs all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.

Due to the Pandemic and Monkey Pox, we will not accept any refunds on any product purchases.

if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can reorder another product of your choice at a discounted rate, with prior approval from our customer service department . This can be honored 14 days from date of purchase. No Exceptions!

Any hair extensions or wigs that have been altered, colored, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be offered a discount, exchange or refund. 

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions /wigs have been worn) all sales are final.
